Pumpkins From The Dead

A lonely pumpkin remembers and longs for the time when Halloween was a time of true fright, rather than the cutesy holiday that we usually think of. Interested in pumpkin's longing thoughts, the grim reaper saves pumpkin from being killed in the hands of a human child, and gives him the ability to go on a rampage on the entire city, with bloody, sharp teeth. What could possibly go wrong in this scenario?
